Our Club

About Us

A Rotaract club serving İzmir since 2011, guided by the principle of “Service Above Self”.

Who We Are

A community of young people dedicated to service in İzmir

Agora Rotaract Club was founded in İzmir in 2011 and operates within Rotary District 2440. Our club brings together young professionals from different fields and university students to work for the benefit of the community.

Named after the ancient city square where ideas were shared freely, our club embraces a participatory culture in which every member has a voice. We plan our projects through needs analysis, grow them through partnerships and share their results transparently.

Rotaract is Rotary International’s service programme for people aged 18 and over. Thousands of clubs around the world work around the principle of leadership and friendship through service.

Message from Our President

Dear Agora Rotaract Family,

As we begin a new term, I am filled with excitement and joy to continue this journey together with you as the president of Agora Rotaract Club.

For us, this term is not only about new projects and events; it will be a journey in which we work together, help each other grow and create lasting impact with every step we take. I believe Agora’s greatest strength is our ability to unite our differences around a common purpose.

From projects that touch our community to our professional and personal development, from our international friendships to our social events, we want to create more, reach more people and leave a real mark behind everything we do.

Yet the most precious part of this term for me is that we will achieve all of this together. I envision an Agora where we share our ideas freely and support one another.

My greatest wish is that, when we look back at the end of the year, we see not only the projects we delivered, but also that we grew together, collected beautiful memories and created lasting impact wherever we were.

At Agora, every idea is a beginning, every effort leaves a mark, and each of us is part of this impact.

Wishing us an unforgettable term in which we build, grow, enjoy ourselves and create lasting impact together.

With Rotaract love and respect,
Ecenaz Kırçuvaloğlu
2026–2027 Club President
